The story begins when the Munari family purchased the Stevenot ranch in 2006. The family retained the Stevenot brand name and added a second label -- Red Rover Wines. Although the Munari family was new to the wine business Al Munari began hands-on work at the winery, learning the business from the ground up.

Today Al's official title is Operations Manager but his job duties include tours and tasting, cellar operations, warehousing and shipping.

In February 2010 the family renamed the winery after Al's grandfather, Albeno Munari. Al's father and brother run the newly opened tasting room in Paso Robles. You are invited to visit the family at the beautiful winery in Murphys or the new tasting room in Paso Robles.
